Shipping and Returns

Since all of our gear is 100% custom made - from raw materials to finished product - our usual turnaround time is:

  • 4 weeks for custom orders 

Once your order is ready to ship from our factory, you will receive the tracking information from UPS via email. 

Every order begins right from the start of the production process, cutting, sewing and embellishing your garment to create your individual design. We take great pride in producing your custom garment right here in Philadelphia, USA providing you quality, speed and customization like no one else in the marketplace.

For orders that contain logos or artwork, you will receive an email to confirm the art on your garment. The faster the art is approved, the faster we can deliver. Reorders with no art changes can usually be completed in 3 weeks or less.

Please note: Due to the variables inherent in custom manufacturing, all delivery dates quoted are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


All custom made garments or lettered items may not be returned or exchanged - these products are made to order. Sizing, names, text are the responsibility of the customer.  Be sure to check your selections before you place your order.

If Boathouse makes a mistake outside of customer submitted and approved orders, we will make it right! Please make sure your choices are exactly what you want before you place your order. If art approval has occurred, the custom selections and personalizations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Our normal shipping is UPS Surface. Please inspect all orders upon receipt. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 10 days of receipt. (Please keep shipping boxes until goods are accepted as the carrier may need to inspect damaged boxes.)

Our team can then give you a return authorization (RA) number.  This number can speed up a return process. Returned garments must be clean (by law). Soiled garments will be returned to the customer without repairs being processed.

You cannot modify an order once it has been placed.  If you wish to add or subtract items from your order you may cancel the order and resubmit a new order.  Please note that a 15% restocking fee may be applied. 

Once a custom order is placed and is queued for production, there are no cancellations.  If an order is cancelled before being queued for production a restocking 15% restocking fee may be applied.
