Add the following for a tasty (and healthy) post-workout shake:
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries (or any other berry)
- 1/2 cup almond / hemp / coconut milk beverage
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
