EX21 3-Layer Custom Face Mask

Boathouse introduces the EX21 3-Layer Custom Face Mask System using EEVEZone™ technology*. The EX21 ppe custom face mask is a three layer system that is backed by decades of science related to the ability of polypyrrole (PPy)-treated materials to use a positive charge on polymer backbones to attract negatively charged outer shells of pathogens. Working alongside filtration technologies, the EX21 mask provides protection not found in regular textile masks.

Outer Layer:
The outer layer is a water resistant poly/lycra layer which repels droplets and provides stability to keep mask away from face.  

Second (Middle) Layer:
The second layer (middle) incorporates Evolon non-woven filtration media which is highly breathable, moisture absorbent & quick drying and provides great filtration from pathogens due to the dense, compact structure of tightly entangled microfilaments.

Inner Layer:
The third layer is a lightweight poly which has been coated with EEVEZone™ technology. The PPy coating has a positive charge which attracts pathogens which are negatively charged. PPy is void of proteins which are required for pathogens to survive.

The EX21 mask system is lightweight and comfortable.
