BOATHOUSE RETAIL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns and exchanges for any RETAIL ITEM you purchase on Boathouse.com within 30 days of purchase (does not include clearance products from our Factory Outlet. For those returns terms, click here). Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition (not worn, altered or washed and has the original tags attached). Boathouse reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise if we determine the item(s) have been used or worn in any way.
- The original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- To return your package for free via UPS, please fill out the Return Form and affix it to your package.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
- Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Ship on Your Own
You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return shipment.

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Custom designed products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If there is a manufacturing error with your custom designed products, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for a repair.
