FAQ: Do you offer Wholesale pricing?

The Team Pricing on Boathouse.com is volume based discount pricing, like wholesale pricing. We do have a specific wholesale channel but it is only for our retail items and is intended for businesses not catering to the team sports market. This includes High School, Collegiate & Club teams nationwide. These organizations already get our Team Pricing. To learn more about our pricing, click here.

If you are not servicing the team market and looking to buy our retail products in bulk, you are welcome to apply for a Boathouse Wholesale account.

FAQ: How can I be sure I am getting the correct size?

To make sure you are getting the correct size garment, please review our Sizing Guide by clicking here.

Please note that the Men's Sizing and Unisex Sizing are the same. If you are a woman ordering a Unisex size, you may want to order a size down. Consult the Sizing Chart measurements to best determine what you need.

BOATHOUSE has 4 Basic Fits. From slimmest to loosest: Compression > Athletic > Standard > Relaxed

If you are still not sure about the size that you, your team or organization should order, you can request a Sizing Sample Kit from our Customer Service Staff.

FAQ: How can I return my order for a Refund/Exchange?

FAQ: My order status says "Fulfilled" - does that mean that it has shipped?

• If you ordered Standard Retail Product, this means that YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

• If you ordered CUSTOM Products, this means that your order has been processed by our Customer Service Team and been sent to our Art Department for production art approval. You will receive a separate email for Art Approval. If you placed an order with Re-Order Artwork, your order has been put into our factory for production. You will receive an official shipment notification from UPS when your Custom Product(s) ship.

FAQ: How can I purchase a BOATHOUSE Gift Card? How can they be redeemed?

BOATHOUSE sells electronic Gift Cards that can be redeemed online at our Boathouse.com website only.

FAQ: I would like to submit my names and numbers via a spreadsheet. Does it need to be in a specific format?

A: We would prefer if you used our standard Names, Numbers Placement Spreadsheet to submit the information, but you can send us the information any way you want, as long as it is clear and understandable. A text doc, email, Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet, Google Doc... all are fine. We will let you know if there is any confusion on our end.

FAQ: What exactly does the term "Sublimation" mean?

Sublimation by definition the phase transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas phase without passing through the intermediate liquid phase. Sublimation printing is a type of digital printing technique that utilizes this process with ink and synthetic fibers. It’s been around for many decades, but became available to the digital print level only 10-12 years ago.

Some popular sublimated styles we offer are Men's Compression Pants, Women's Training & Yoga Tights, Long Sleeve Eagle Tee and custom team uniforms and jerseys.

FAQ: Do you have any stock Logos that I can use to upload onto my design or to use to create a logo with?

FAQ: Do you charge extra for any sizes?

A: Yes. There is a 15% surcharge (including embellishments) for sizes 3X-5X.
